Just looking at buying a duplex timing set and mini spares do a lightened one and a stdbut both say road use only as I may want to quarter mile it occasionally which one do I use ?

that's good then think ill go with the std one then and offset key to time it

If you fit the duplex chain remember to modify the timing cover.

If used on a highish revving engine, get the steel one. Iron is for standard engines. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

well ive lightened and balanced all engine parts so I think it will be a bit of a revver so what steel one do you mean the one that's not lightened |
