I am sure some on here are in to films etc so over Christmas I was on eBay lots and managed to get all the bits to make a home cinema room .

With lots of spare time and an Xbox begging for the big screen I set to work *happy*

Result is 1000w surround sound 90" HD 3D screen and no life ! Lol

Wires have since been hidden away in trunking .

The boring bloke who runs this place.

Berkshire

That looks ace!

We've got a small setup but it sounds nice. Decent telly with Sony receiver, KEF eggs, and big sub. Sounds alright, and seems to be bulletproof so far.

I keep meaning to get a projector and screen but I am not sure how it'd work in our current house, as the lounge is a wonky shape.

Looks good *smiley*

I hope to have a cinema room when space/moneys allow.

Do those perspex covered posters reflecting the screen image not drive you batty though!?

In all honesty I thought they would but the shear size of the screen you just don't notice them , there is a calculation somewhere where you can work out perfect screen size vs distance and I'm sure I am we'll beyond it but really don't care as so far I am totally loving it *happy*
