Get the BMW ones. I have the zetec ones and they take more maching and mods to fit. |

I got mine directly from BMW using the part number, was around £30-40 if I remember correctly!

Don't forget to use a turbo pump if you using those, and especially. If your phase 2 is X drilled as well Eden.

The zetec ones also use a ball and spring; pretty much all of them do I believe. The BMW ones are priced a lot higher than most others, but are a little easier to fit. The zetec ones seem to have a very large hole in the tip as well - which I usually crimp slightly. The later zetec with the round body were easier to fit than the older ones.
