Which ones are best? what is the general opinion what plugs and leads should you use?

I would have thought 8's were a little "cold" ? especially if the motors pretty standard.
Always used NGK 6's when my engine was stock, and 7's when modded, run 15psi in the past on these with no problems.

I think the standard Metro Turbo ones are 7s. I'd recommend these as a minimum anyway.

If you are running seriouse boost use 8s (NGK BPR8ES) or the equivalent Champion if that is your preferance.

Any good quality leads will be fine, don't fall for leads that claim massive power gains, it's all bullshit.

7s probably to start with then, as I'll start off running 10 - 12psi

fine at 4psi and at 20 psi

NGK list 6's as standard for the Metro Turbo. 7's will be fine for 10-12psi.

hot wires are cheap and nasty... well the 4 I once brought literially fell apart!
