That's going to be fun to clear up.

A few years ago when building my workshop, I paid two guy to wait around at my home and wait for ready mix concrete to be delivered. All they had todo was barrow it into the footings I had dug, up to height of wooded post I had originally set. I had sectioned off a few parts of the footings where no concrete was to go as it was over 80 year old clay pipes (main sewers) which I didn't want any pressure of my workshop on. When I got home from work I found they had also filled in these sections, which I then I had to dig out some 7 hours later, in the dark and rain. Crap job!

Don't trust a monkey with a wheel barrow or a machine gun!

Around about the time the trains stopped running ,lol, it looks more like self levelling floor screed to me, that stuff can find its way through a chastity belt.

Looks like a grout to me. Probably found its way into a duct and poured out like someone had turned on the tap!
