Could anyone please tell me which way round the flywheel lock tab goes on a pre verto set up?

That's the back of it in the picture, that flat spot goes against the key washer, and the rounded edge gets knocked up and against the flywheel bolt On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

I'm with v on this.. Locktite and bin the lock tab they seem to be made of much softer stuff these days I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

think ill be using lock tight or maby a lock wire type deal where i may drill the lock/key plate on an edge near the bolt to loop the wire threw

Just use the medium strength Blue Loctite. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:
