Thinking of putting launch control in my car run through the ECU. I was thinking of a simple system with a button on the steering wheel that I release the same time as I dump the clutch. The Polestar launch is only a simple system and can hold the revs for a time but cannot feed in the revs.
What are people's thoughts? Do you think it's just abit gimmicky or will help my 60ft times.

Thanks Chris

Yeah could be set with the clutch, just wanted to keep it simple for now, do a few runs see what it's like then maybe develop it further

The launch control on my car allows me to alter the rpm limit and also the speed at which it cuts out. When my car has been running right it had allowed for very consistent 60ft times. Do it you won't be disappointed!

I found this to be useless on mine, it was just undrivable as I could not get any traction.

Now I've got traction control up and running this works a lot better as does the antilag.

It's activated with a switch on the dash. A speed sensor on the rear wheel cuts it out what ever speed is set in the ecu.

I have used a very basic version on a button but it ended in a cloud of smoke!
