Just Heard on the news that Mini Sport Have been robbed :anger:

just shows how much mini parts are valuable. the amount of minis that are nicked is on the up too. i think a gps tracker might be on the cards soon..... balls to the blower!!!

you can get them that are not overly expensive now, sur ethere was a link on here about them.

So, they left the gates open, an accessible window had no bars and the roller shutter wasn't properly secured. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, but mini sport have to accept some of the blame. Their insurance is likely to take a dim view of the insecurity too. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Robbing bastards. That looks like a lot of stuff to shift on. Can imagine it would be obvious when a load of parts start appearing on eBay and such.

They may have taken more if they hadn't have had a crap load of stuff at Bingley that was being sold for cash without receipts. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Even though I vowed never to buy anything from Minisport again, I only spent £11 with them at Bingley and that was on a set of brake shoes that were manufactured by Mintex, so I think I'm ok On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

this serious? the belgian reseller of mini sport has been robbed few weeks ago ( mpi mini of a client got robbed by lifting it over a 2.5 m high hedge) you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

100k in the back of a caddy and there are supposed to be two guys in back as well as the two in front... and its sat right up in the air.. and they left the gates open.....must have fitted hilos and uprated shocks before they left |

If you think about it fellas, it doesn't take much to get away with that amount of worth on a small space, roller rockers at £300 a set , pistons,etc, all small and light |
