Hi All
I have used a front rad from a metro turbo in the past, which I crudely curved to suit front panel (then had damage / leaks repaired).
I now need a new front rad, and I'm looking at a better solution. Options are a custom alloy one or possibly an alloy one off ebay and curve it.
Now can anyone recommend a firm to supply a custom alloy rad or curve one ? or anyone had any experience with the ones off ebay "China" with reference to quality and actual cooling efficiency ?

Aren't some motorcycle rads curved? Might be worth a shout to a custom bike rad manufacturer

ring problems are down to wear or abuse but although annoying it isn't a show stopper
