They used to come in the DK451 kit but not sure if they still do.

I've got a ton of these if they were supplied in DK451's.

I'll be in the garage later. I'll have a look. PM me your address and I'll pop a set in the post for you.

Hold on. Are you sure the 8mm (exhaust valves) ever had stem seals fitted? I'm pretty sure that the DK451 only came with a pack of 4 seals for the inlets.

I always fit 8 wherever possible, just because really. Can't hurt anything

I've pulled a few standard turbo heads apart and they have em on. Also sure there used to be some bigger stem seals in the gasket drawer at Andy's.

Shame nobody knows where MRA used to get those metal bodied stem seals from. The were brill, I had a head which smoked like hell (even with standard seals on) put a set of those on & smoke be gone!

MRA is still trading I think, I've seen some Facebook activity, might be worth asking.

I've sent a message to mini spares asking if the do.

im building a turbo motor using an mpi block and head so if I buy the head set will the majority of the kit still be usable?

If you are using an MPI head why don't you just install normal stem diameter stainless valves and use normal stem seals?

I found after much trawling of the net for valve stem seal dimensions that seals intended for some Fiestas fit. They are viton with the metal body and fit nicely with a little tap into place.
These are the ones - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160946507363?ssP...984.m1423.l2649

Bet they are the ones MRA used to sell. Can you find some for 6mm stems now :)

Is that 6 quid each? That would workout more than the valves cost me posted lol

Yes, I have them fitted. Probably only done a couple of hundred miles, but I don't expect any problems. They are £4.83 each, as it says, but you could use the info on the auction to buy some from a motor factors.

Post resurrection!
Does anyone have a current link for these 8mm valve stem seals? The ebay link above no longer works and I'm looking to get hold of a few.

Just stretch the standard ones to fit. I don’t think there was ever a specific one for the 8mm stem from the factory.
