I have driven a Clio with one.. The car felt broken at low speed. Then when you floored it the car came alive.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

I have added some pictures to the opening post.

They are plate type differentials crosspin as you can see from the pictures I don't know much about LSD spec so forgive the mention of the obvious. On their web site they say you can drive with one broken drive shaft which I would assume is true of all plate type LSD's.

This unit is basically a paper weight unless I can get some output shafts. After a few calls it looks like they may have to come from France.

No, it's a conventional plated diff. There are ramps and friction plates to determine how aggressive they "lock" under power etc.
Anything from mild to wild. But it would never strictly be a total lock.

they've been around for years, but probably more known for the rwd stuff.

Generally any reports Ive heard have been good though.

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

Well it's been a long time coming but finally got this diff sorted. Had to get two new sun gears made to take the mini spares 10 spline output shafts, but I think it will be worth it in the end.

Many thanks to Tom seal at gripper for making these and Robin and Kieth from specialist engineering for the minor machining required.
