I have only used two types, Kurust which I think it shit, and rustbusters FE 123 which seems very good to me.
Did the best in a 'Practiacal Classics' test aswell.

I've always used Kurust. I found it best to wire brush the worst off then Kurust the remaining rust, then wire brush again and apply a second coat. Then a coat of zinc primer.

It's all snake oil! There's only one cure for rust and that is new metal!

Agreed but krust has slowed stuff down for me in the past, but then I ve never used it on bad areas..

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Bilt Hamber stuff is the best range of stuff I have ever used - and I reckon I have tried most of them over the last 40 years.

Andy is right though, replace the metal, don,t treat the rust whenever possible.

At Astons we only used stuff called Rustroy. No idea where to get it from though

I seriously doubt it!

*Clapping**Clapping**Clapping* same idea... my car had been done with stuf like that but didnt really help... result... 4 years later i replaced almost every panel

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018
