Cut the feed(s) to the dash indicators and take them off the front indicators and see how that goes. Should only be on when the indicators are actually on then. Whatever is going on seems a bit strange. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

When I had replaced the (rear) bulbs for LEDs I had this issue.
