I bought one from Jon, haven't fitted it yet but its a lovely bit of kit

Cut a slot in it with a hacksaw then undo with a screwdriver. Usually they are not very tight. Alternatively drill the head off or grind off with a die grinder/dremel with a small carbide burr on it.
