Any one have experience? They appear to be allowed in the rules for the racing Katie is doing, but cant find any details of anyone locally doing them, and their availability in 9/32.

I've never found them in 9/32. Ben, do you have them?

I like K-lines, they are easy to fit, cheap and good.

What is the benefit of these guide liners over conventional bronze guides?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Easy to fit, and they don't wear out the head bore when changing regularly.

These fit inside the regular guide who is opened to house the liner.

Supposed to be less likely to catch the valve stem - don't know if it is less expansion at temp or slipperyness of them.

benefits, easy to fit, dont have to remove the old guide which can damage heads especially old fragile alloy ones. can have a tighter fit between valve and guide than traditional guides. oil is captured in the the liner by an interrupted spiral effect which lubricates but doesnt allow oil down to the port. (all from their PR) my interest is they are allowed for the class my daughter is racing this year and all other bronze type guides are not allowed.

Iron guides and plated valves work well enough??

V work Well enough? Katie will be racing in a standard class and anything that gives a small improvement and is allowed needs to be considered
