Not got a weight. Al long as you remove the valance and closers you should be fine

I've got a fibreglass (genuine...) one on mine. Was noticeably lighter.

Life is always a matter of opinion and quite frankly, no ones opinion really matters.

You can get fibreglass ones from arc angel ,it don't say the exact weight of the valance on there?

A generous dose of tiger seal and then clamp it on until it goes off.

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018

I think the closing panels are considered structural and as such the valance would be as well.
Don't quote me tho.

If a beam is used then probs ok

Exactly that.

If you have a subframe it should be an MOT failure.

If its a beam, then its fine.
