Are the pressure regulators from the r5 turbo sutible to use in a turbo a series setup? mainly because from what ive seen on ebay they are a lot cheaper than the ones used for the metro montego ect ect

any one tried one?

Sorry I have never tried one, I just stuck with what I know works and went with the metro turbo one .

Doesnt look to be adjustable which might be a negative.
But it should work as long ok.

I'm sure Ive seen the usual Malpassi one on Renault turbos years ago

I would stick to the original and buy new if you look hard enough you can get them for a little over £40 new

Yeah there are quite a few on ebay at the 60 quid mark. Its good to know though if I happen to find a Renault one thats cheap that itll do same job.
