Hi guys,

Would there be any interest in TurboMinis hoodies and T-shirts? I've already done something similar for the 16v mini club and would like to do something similar here. Here's the thread and a few examples of the products.

http://www.16vminiclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34564

As a side note; I could also produce stickers and decals. Again, these are shown in the thread above.

I had a load of embroidered ones done as in my opinion the printed ones are shit as they peel off after a while

The long sleeve embroidered force racing ones that were done a while ago were pretty good, mine has been worn loads and still in good nick

They're actually screen printed and superb quality.

Swansea boyo!

SHAUNA'S force racing tshirt you mean! I wouldn't mind a TM tshirt for working on the car, not a sticker one though!

They don't die, they just get faster!

I completely agree that embroidered images and text can look fantastic and that cheap iron on transfers are poor (to say the least).

However, I can assure you that the hoodies and t-shirts that I can produce are manufactured using professional screen printing facilities and are top notch quality.

Keep an eye on my 16v mini club thread. I've just dispatched an order and I am awaiting responses on the thread. I am 100% certain that the people who have bought them will be delighted.

Hi,

Please click the 'Become a TM Trader' link below if you wish to trade on here.

I've moved this thread away from the For Sale section for now as nothing specific was being sold for a price, which breaks both rules of our For Sale forum with your profile not having your location either: http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=242375

Cheers,
Carl.

No problem, Carl S.

The hoodies are £25 delivered and the T-shirts are £15 delivered.

There would need to be a minimum of 10 orders for the project to be economically viable. That could be a mixture of hoodies and T-shirts.

Sorry but I'm not totally comfortable with this.

2 reasons, 1st, an unknown person comes onto the forum just to pedal their wares, we have been here before with lots of folk complaining of missing money and no goods, 2nd, I know from having done it a few times what embroidered shirts and hoodies cost and these prices obviously include a healthy profit.

TM does not work like this as you would know if you were a regular.

Gents, if you want TM hoodies or tshirts then I can get in touch with the lady who embroiders all the Force Racing stuff and should be able to do TM stuff at the same prices e.g. Tshirt £10 Hoody £20.

I am with Tom, the Lady who did the last batch for me is a colleague and she does it in her spare time, again it was non profit and any leftover money went in the TM pot

It's up to you guys. I'd urge you to check out the feedback I'm receiving in the 16v mini club thread, though. The members are delighted with their purchases.

There's also the possibility that I'll make a batch and pop them on eBay for those that are interested.

Fair enough. It's just something I enjoy doing and thought some of you may enjoy owning one. I'll retract my offer. If someone could delete this thread, I'd be very grateful.
