OK, here we go with some pictures of my bad plumbing, please advise where I have gone wrong although it does run and boost good.

Here I have the small purple silicon pipe being blanked off with a bolt in the end of it.

The bleed valve (probably incorrectly installed) has one side going to the rising rate fuel regulator boost sense tail…

The bottom of the bleed goes to the actuator and the other side of the bleed goes to the turbo.

I have a tail coming out the plenum chamber that is unused (and for some reason seems to run better not blanked off!!!) This, I believe is referred to as the pressure signal to regulator.

I then have a small silicon pipe going from the dump valve to the tail I tapped into the banjo bolt for the brake vacuum and teeing off to my boost gauge.

PS Despite donating £20 to the server costs last night, I see the 'thermometer' hasn't gone up, I guess it may be a manual thing the site administrator does.

Again Many thanks in advance

Bleed valve goes in between the actuator and turbo.

The fuel pressure reg should be connected to the plenum.

Boost gauge and BOV connect to the manifold.

Can't comment on plumbing but would suggest to put the BOV at other angle to prevent stuff falling in and damaging functionality.

Dazed and Confused....

OK, thanks for the help, I now have the bleed valve like this.

and the plenum chamber to rising rate for top tail.

and the other side of the turbo output is blanked off with that purple silicon hose and a bolt. Is this right? I currently am reading around 12 on idle on my AEM Air/Fuel ratio gauge and when boosting up to 13 14. I do have a bit of an exhaust leak between the turbo elbow and the down pipe.

Many thanks

No the pipe that's on the middle tale of the bleed valve should be on the connection you have blanked off and the middle connection should just go to atmosphere

13/14 afr on boost? You want around 12s no higher
bleed valve is still wrong think of it as the letter T the top bar needs to connect the manifold to the actuator the 3rd leg need to be open to atmosphere

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*
