Hi all,

Got a problem with my brakes........
After 5 min drive ,brakepedal is rock hard and front and back brakes are locked Up ....

ITS a front/back split system no brake servo....
New master cylinder(yellowtag) , kad 4 pots and a rear brake reducer inside the car... Rear brakes standard.. Braike brake lines all is new....

Even "without" braking after 5 min all is locked Up...
If I bleed one nipple on the front brakes or on the back the system is free again..

I allready did put Some washers underneath the master cylinder and the brakepedal returns normal....

Hope someone can help me out

Thanks

Air in the system? And if the pads are rubbing it could be transferring heat through the fluid and heating the air, making it expand. I'd give it all a proper good bleeding.

ring problems are down to wear or abuse but although annoying it isn't a show stopper

Pushrod length in master cylinder is wrong, hence its not returning enough. Shorten the pushrod.
