Hi all,

Is there any advantage to getting a slightly longer speedo cable? I have an original 26" jobbie. after 44 years its given up at the drive end.

Also is this where they go? or do I need to investigate the speedo drive too?

Thanks
Graham

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

I think the metro turbo speedo cable was longer than a normal metro or Mini.

I'm sure I remember using the longer one years ago as it was easier to work with, but havent a clue what length it was.

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will
