Would a kent 276 be the right spec for a turbo 998? Spec is a 998 turbo 8.2:1 ratio gt17

You carry more risk of turning it into a complete dog by opting for a large cam, than what you'd ever sacrifice by staying mild.

276 is pushing it on a 1275 round town. I've got a lot of friends who are swearing by the SW5 for torque Masturbation is not a crime its a hobby |

if its anything ive chosen MD274 as Paul suggested for my 1150 build it made grate low end on his 998 but it also had a fancy intake i believe |

In an aseries the big port does not do much ( and that is provided the shape is good to begin with ) unless you lift the crap out of the valve ( which is hard to do with a sane duration cam without breaking stuff). That sir, is not rust, it is the progressive mass reduction system
