Hi,

Currently my car is running well at low Rpm's and under load but torque & power flattens out at about 5000 rpm's.
Does someone knows what the ignition timing should be for a Supercharged 1275?

Idle -
Full load, high Rpm -
Full load , low Rpm -
No load, high Rpm -
No load, low Rpm -

Engine Specs:
- 1994 1275 (originally SPI) with custom injection & inlet manifold
- Ported head with 35mm inlet valves
- Bottom end still original. No work done
- Standard SPI camshaft
- Running 100 premium unleaded fuel
- Comp ratio of 8.38:1
- Autronic ECU, fully programable including ign timing
- Eaton M45 S/C running about 10psi at 3500 rpm's under full load

All help is appreciated

What are your charge temps at that level of boost? Are you running an intercooler is is it the suck through type config?

Suck through without intercooler. Not sure of the charge temps off the top of my head.
It does run an injector before the S/C for idle and low revs which assists with cooling the rotors and in turn the inlet temp. Them there is the two additional injectors after the S/C but before the head

As mentioned earlier, it is a custom setup. More info and photos can be found at the bottom of the following web page

Pm sent.
I am sure the 998 timing is different to the 1275.
I guess I can see what the standard 998 vs the supercharged is to get an idea of the difference.
Cheers
