so not sure if this is common or not? it doesn't seem to cause issues but was wondering if its normal

if I put my foot down in the turbo mini, boost builds quickly - spikes past what it should be(around 19psi), up to low 20s for maybe a second, before settling at 19 again.

does anyone else have this? just curious?

cheers, dan

Depends how you're achieving that 19psi in the first place.

If bleeding a lot off using a mechanical bleed valve, then some overboost is probably expected.

If the actuator was around 20psi and actually achieving 19psi with no bleed, then I'd say an overboost would not be expected.

Or with a well setup and good quality electronic boost controller then I wouldnt expect an oveboost

But a couple of psi wont be much to worry about

speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will
