Put it perfectly in line. Best to do it before you have any problems.

I also set mine to 1mm between the sensor and the wheel

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!
