Piss went through and traffic was shit on the way home.

Tom you passed me on the way home, shame we didn't get to see anyone do a run though.

Packing up in the rain was just horrible

I have just woke up form this weekends fun!

Me and Chris had lots of fun on sat, I got 3 runs in but only did a 14.3 as I the new light mk1 is a lot scary lol.

And it weighed in t 593kg

Right some help here.. my old dad asked what my time was from the weekend n when i said 15.3 he said " over what a quarter of a mile? Surely my old diesel mondeo estate could cover that in 15seconds? " now i no to some people when you think a quarter mile doesnt sound that much n that 15seconds may seam a long time for that but can any of you guys just throw out there as ammo to use back at him some cars that as standard wouldd do 15seconds? Scoobys or evos stuff like that? And also what the average car would also do it in? (E.g a old mondeo diesel estate )

Good Saturday for me, got to meet a lot of people and put faces to names. Had a good race with simon a swell.
Personal best of 14.26 previous best was 14.27 lol
Car weighted in at 472kg witch I was disappointed with because 3 years ago it was 477 so 3 years of work = 5kg I was hoping for nearer 20kg

Nice going Simon, I still have the vain hope I can get into the 5## kg with my boat anchored conversion but it looks increasingly unlikely based on how far you have gone...

Yes mate on road tyres, all 60ft between 2.15 and 2.19 I was very happy with how consistent my 60fts were

For a total wash out it was a good weekend. Great to put faces to names, shames about Si and TWISTING KARLS SHAFT lol

Hopefully will be there next year and get to see what the mini does, if not it will be an app timing session at castle combe.

It must be some going to twist the shaft like that, makes you think what's next I line of you sort that issue...

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
