Any ideas on the following? Before I investigate tomorrow.

MED verto clutch and flywheel, hydraulic side is all ok.

Was driving and engaged perfect every time, then left it running for a few minutes got back in to put it in the garage but now it won't engage.

Pedal goes down a little, can see the slave working goes in a bit then stops dead!

I take the throwout nuts aren't loose and haven't wound themselves tight to the case?

No, throw ours are all good don't touch the casing.

No arm snap either that I can see.

It all moves but then the pedal stops dead about 3/4 of an inch into its travel. Can see everything moving out from the outside.

Something binding on the pedal linkage?
Is it a hard stop or with a bit of give? Hard stop indicates before hydraulics, if there is some give/springiness then indicates the problem is after the hydraulics.

Make sure the flywheel isn't loose, had mine fall off a while back, pedal went solid.

That'll be it then!

Lock tabs just spun and the bolts worked it's way out.

Bastard!

Hope your crank taper is ok, mine wasn't, but then again I was doing about 50mph at the time...

It's not ok, probably not as bad as it happening at 50 though!

I've cleaned it all up, replaced the clutch hub thing and followed my friend at KAD's technique. Up to 150lbft smack with hammer a few times, repeat x3. Fingers crossed lol.

I just knocked it down too leaving a dual carriageway, into 3rd, then it started clattering.

Hope its ok, good idea to replace the hub bit as you did, as that's probably removed half the damage :).

The hub looked worse than the crank.

Lesson learnt the hard way!
