Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ???

I sent the turbo off to be checked out and they have come back to me about the housing being cracked,

I knew it was cracked around the waste gate and that isn't much of a problem, but he said that the crack is running right through the turbine housing aswell is this deal breaker with this turbo?
