Top wheel is similar to the one used on the Hot Rod rover did. My Brother in Law has them fitted to his Hot Rod replica (was in mini mag 1998) I think the ones fitted to his car and the rover one were only 5.5x13" his car handles like a dream.

Just on sizes, the wifes mini has 13's by 7" and I hate driving the car, it tramlines everywhere. I have 13x6's and the difference is amazing.

Just my two pence worth on sizes, plus I think the ones at the top are best.

check out compomotive, they do a couple of wheels in mini fitment, the CXR's are quite nice but i'm really tempted by the MS's.

Use any 10" wheel. 7x13" makes the car horrible to drive, and also slows it dows.
