Well I bought some new Followers the other day from IMM off there stall, get them home and opens to packet to find them covered in a protective goop thats gone off rock hard.

I tried all sorts to clean it off thinner blah blah, ended up having to heat them up on the hob and smear it off.

Any hoo I thought id give them a bell to see what the crack is. Basically the bloke on the phone didnt give a flying fuck, I asked if they could send me some more out but wouldnt until they had seen the dodgy ones and they only do returns on a Friday.......WTF.......

I told them I needed some by thursday at the latest but he said he couldnt do anything

I wont be using them again.

Keep hearing things about minisport that aren't putting them in a good light, shame really as it's quite a big company let down by crap customer service time and time again

Minisport is expensive aswell for Chinese shit.

only issue ive had I brought a wiper stalk and received a indicator stalk when i phoned guy couldn't be bothered either.

What makes it worse is that behind their tents at Imm there were range rovers, new vans etc there definetly making a fair bit

I rang them a week ago and asked for a price to supply and install a SD 6 point fia cage

They wanted £1670! When I said thanks but I was going to look about first they started to Slag off the competitor saying I shouldn't go there, that was enough for me.

I age used them but only when I could pop In and pick something up there and then
Even then they have offered to sell me parts waiting to be shipped to a customer!

to be the devils advocate, they did ballance a few cranks of my own, several
years ago and they were spot on.

I have found their customer care has deteriorated over years. And the quality of the majority of their gear is shite.
Not worth the hassle using them anymore

i bought a set of revolutions off them about 5 or 6 years ago for my clubman when I had just passed my test, which to me on part time wages was big bucks.

one turned up damaged on the rim, looked like it had been dropped face down, a phone call later and they said I had probably done it,

upto about 1990 bloody brilliant, top quality work , couldnt do enough for you, after that till about 2005 also ran nothing special, you got what you asked for since then, completely shite... shite products shite service shite attitude stick paddy or coopers name on it and charge the earth.....

Ive spent thousands at minispares without problems, i dunno why anyone would bother with minisport unless they live nearby

Had brand new minisport heatertap on the engine of a mate before setting of to IMM.
The thing blew the meatal plate out after driving on highway for 50-ish kms.
(fixed it with ty-wraps which held till IMM)

Had a look at new taps at IMM, must say the ones at Minispares looked very very simular...
In the end drove back with the ty-wraped one...

Probably best use the old ones if they function ok.
