As some of you may or not be aware, I am taking part in Tough Mudder Northwest as part of a team on Saturday 13th September 2014.

Tough Mudder is a 12 mile assault course designed to test mental and physical ability of individuals and teams.

I am supporting and raising funds for Help For Hero’s and would be grateful if anyone would care to sponsor me for this well worth cause.

Every £1 will help our injured armed forces personal in there recovery.
