Never had it happen. Maybe the new pin was undersized? Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:
I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |

I've got a new one sorted. I rember the last AWOL one went in ok. It wasn't sloppy and needed to be tapped in.

Failing that, thin long bolt and a nylock. Had to do this before. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

I had this happen once. In reality it was an old pin which had lost its spring so to speak. Reality is, it shouldn't happen, most people have issues getting the things out |

needed to be tapped in Tapped doesn't sound enough. Last time I fitted a new roll pin I had to bray it that hard to get it in I thought I was going to bend the selector shaft. They are a tight fitment!
