I've taken my mini down to the shell and am working on getting the body prepped for a stripped out kind of feel. Once think I'm finding is there are a lot of holes in the bulkhead that I won't be using. What is the best way to cover these? I'd really like a smooth, simple bulkhead. Do people just a weld a piece in the hole? Or fiberglass over it? |

For small holes, you can hold a piece of thick flat copper behind the hole and weld the hole up, the copper conducts the electricity but you cannot weld to it. Something my mates dad told me a while ago. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

There is no such thing as 'insignificant weight saving', it all adds up. |
