Does this look like there is anything missing? I can't figue out if there is supposed to be another housing on the right hand side...

you find turbo's are occasionally supplied like this - I got fleeced off some MigWeb prick who sold me a 'complete' turbocharger and it came looking like this. He started spouting all kinds of &*$# about the turbine and manifold being combined, hence not part of the turbo...

In fact - I'm not sure i've ever had really good advice off migweb other than asking for a wiring code (and gettign different answers) before one wise person corrected everyone else... Thank #$%* for turbominis!

yep, there's a few places about

i've only ever bought a replacement compressor housing though

i've made enquiries in the past at mellett, and also at aet turbo's, ended up buying from aet
