Pipe size is 50mm, just mocked up the pipe route using a piece of intake flexi, but obviously I've never really ordered any silicone pipes so I'm not sure if they do a large radius bend? Picture attached so you can see what we need. Cheers.

Have a look on google,

Think there's a website called auto silicone, they've got loads of bends with different radius

Maybe a 15° from the turbo and a 90° into the plenum?

You'll not get a silicone pipe to do what you want. You'd be better getting an alloy or stainless tube bent how you want it and putting a straight silicon joint at each end.

Or just bodge it with various silicon angles.

Looks like a massive gap to me! Two 45s and a straight bit? Or with a 90 in the middle? Hate hoses!

Take another pic without that flexible hose on.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Do what wil H says, or if you have access to a tig extend the plenum chamber so you can use a of the shelf hose!

2 off 45's and a straight alloy piece to join, but it looks like you've a diameter change to deal with. Plus that plenum will probably cause issues with the boost hose blowing off.

The diameter is a couple of mm difference, the turbo is exactly 50 and the plenum is around 48, I don't think the pipe blowing off will be a problem as it's probably only going to see 8psi max, I could ask a mate to tig a new nubs on the end if it ever became a problem. I think you might be onto a winner with 2 45s and some pipe Tom as there should be a little give in the silicone and I can always shuffle the turbo angle a little.

Carl, there is a good alloy welder in West Brom who I used for the Volvo intake. Reasonably priced as well if you want the plenum/turbo modifying to make it easier. I'll be using him for mine!

What about snapping the throttle shut at 8psi... i think it will pop off i had mine the same and to cure it i filed 2 groves around the plenum inlet and ran 2 clamps it saw 2+bar after that

When I had trouble with IC hoses blowing off at Avon (temporarily fixed with lots of cable ties) I just put three small self tappers in the plastic IC inlet pipe and tightened up the clamp on top of them-no more problems.
