I'm turbocharging a mk2 s engine and want an oem look. Has anyone got photos and/ or part numbers for the factory oil feed setup? Thanks, Ryan

Also after info for electrical pressure sender and switch in a single unit. Any advice welcome

Unless you're doing a concours type deal, I would not use the factory oil feed

It's a solid metal line and prone to fractures...and a ballache to fit.

Metal line is what I want. Where does it run? Does it use some kind of t piece from the oil switch port? Pictures please!

The metal feed uses a banjo style fitting onto the normal oil pressure switch outlet on the block.

This, from memory is an 8mm OD metal pipe which then wraps around the block, 2 x 90 deg bends past the engine steady then over to the turbo, again using a banjo fitting.

It's a bollox to install, requires some bending to install, and is prone to fractures over time.

The fitting at the block is basically a standardish banjo bolt, that is drilled/tapped on the hex so a pressure switch can also be screwed in
The bolt itself is longer than the normal banjo for a non turbo car.

Leftmost is turbo bolt, head is tapped for the switch to screw in.
