Hi can anyone help, building up engine and on final stages now but have found that the exhaust manifold middle branch will not seat against head, outside two nice and tight though. Any advice please. |

Yeah that's what I was thinking of doing, just Damn annoying finding it when nearly ready to fire up needing a inlet manifold which is holding me up too, tried to fit a normal cooled one with some adjustments but still no fitty |

try putting a straight edge across the flanges should be flush across all three if it is you have problems with your head. shouldn't cost too much to be machined Done now needs redoing lol |

be careful if you have it machined that the rear of the flanges are flush with the inlet manifold, otherwise you will have to make up some stepped washers.

It's a turbo manifold, will take it off again and check It, it's not head as it all just been done.
