Is a T25 a good match for a BMW K head conversion ?

it will work but it depends what you want it to do, t25 describes its frame size but gives no relevant info to its flow capability
what cc k head, what peak rpm? what power requirement? those3 bits of info would sway my decision imo..
i would save my money and buy a better one
