There doesn't seem much info out there on using dellorto's which is a bit off putting,( but I like the fact of having quite a unique set up, 7 port head with twin dellortos). Which promps me to go down the hiff route and keep my existing head. Reading the topics on here makes me ask the question would I need a restrictor in a plemun if running a super charger. From what I can gather it seems to be more relevant for a turbo when it starts on boost and there is a sudden whoosh which needs a bit of control. Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers

The thing is you need to pressurise the float bowl or else it won't get enough fuel when on boost as boost is 'pushing fuel back' into float bowl.
Does not matter if it's on an turbo or supercharged application.

Have a search for pitot; someone on here was working on using a pitot tube in stead of a restrictor ring and I think he got it to work.

Dazed and Confused....

If you have a 7 port head then injection is easy and far superior to any carburettor.

Does' t link from the plemun to a malpassi turbo regulator pressurise the float bowl. I thought having equal pressure alround makes the float work normally? Please excuse my ignorance.
