What are the advantages of going gt1752 over metro t3 I don't want silly power but about 140-150hp just wonder why people go for the Saab unit does it pick up quicker?

Chalk and cheese, GT 1752 is smaller in size, spins up quicker and is a more efficient design.
150bhp well within reach with the right head and cam - and an intercooler !

The GT17 is just a much more modern turbo and hence much more efficient. You will end up with a much more tractable engine.
