Can anyone help? What sort of pressure is from the return outlet on the regulator feed back to the tank. I though it was at the charger pressure or does it just trickle back to the tank?
And yes I know im stupid

Depends on the output of the pump and demand of the engine.

it should be under almost no pressure.

But it will depend on the volume of fuel your flowing, and whether there are any other restrictions on the return line before it enters the tank
