hey,

has anyone heard of these before. cant seem to find much on google. they sent me an offer for a car i have on autotrader. is it a scam or like we buy any car?

Website looks like a we-buy-any-car deal. Logo and name similar to auto trader but clearly not linked to them. In my mind, that puts them in the same league as phishing scammers.

Was the deal pretty good? I'd imagine you'd book an appointment at some affiliated local garage, where they waste you're time and talk the price down.

the offer was £250 below asking price. It does look like they are pretending to be affiliated with autotrader. As below i think that is the process too, just cant find any feedback from other people.

I have had this before, and basically they are a scam.. if you look hard enough on google you will find a few examples of people responding to offers. it all looks good to start off with but then you get the old, ill send you a cheque for more than the value of the car etc, give me your bank details ....
