I am in the middle of sorting out the fuel system on the van. my question is this. the tank is the original van tank obviously I have to add a return line from my swirl pot,?can I just drill and tap a hole and screw in a normal 8mm barbbed brass Union or will I need a sealing washer of some discription. I'm unsure whether it will leek vapour. Or the tank needs to breath. Is this done through the fuel cap itself? Sorry for being vauge or not discribing myself very well. (But I know what I mean in my head lol) Your here for a good time! Not a long time!

I just plumbed mine into the filler neck with a barbed return. Worked fine. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |

Well actually mine was in a kit car using a van tank. access was easy, not sure if it's as simple on an actual van.

I seen one who had cut the neck in 2 and added a silicone tube with a small t piece on it. Not for turbo use but for injection. Works very well. you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

you could always do what you suggest and then seal it with chemical metal to ensure it's completely sealed Masturbation is not a crime its a hobby |
