Hello all, 5626 case, Quaife LSD. Is it necessary to grind out the diff area to fit this? Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar |

Why would you grind a transfer case to fit a diff? On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

IIRC LSD's bias the other way to std diffs, that might be the issue. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

It'll maybe also depend on what CWP and hence the OD of the crown wheel. The differences nay be slight, but could be just enough to cause some interference. Mine was 3.7 |

Well i guess I was plain unlucky... Both my gearbox (transMISSION) case and diff housing needed attention. It was a surprise as I thought it was a "drop in" fitment... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:
