Hello all, 5626 case, Quaife LSD. Is it necessary to grind out the diff area to fit this?

Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

Dry build and see - I only had to tickle a bit out of the diff cover.

IIRC LSD's bias the other way to std diffs, that might be the issue.

It'll maybe also depend on what CWP and hence the OD of the crown wheel. The differences nay be slight, but could be just enough to cause some interference. Mine was 3.7

Well i guess I was plain unlucky... Both my gearbox (transMISSION) case and diff housing needed attention. It was a surprise as I thought it was a "drop in" fitment...
