Hi folks my mini turbo splutters off boost but ok over 2000 rpm and if I pull the choke out when pulling off, the co is set to 3.5 but I'm suspecting its running lean. Any idea?

so the CO is set to 3.5 at idle?

what says the needle is correct ?

if pulling the choke out helps is too lean, i would suggest getting it rolling road tuned

if its only just started ( and was running correctly through summer )
it may need 1/4 turn richer on the mixture screw

in short!!! the fuel ratio needs to be 12.5 under wide open throttle under boost
