Hi guys, new to this forum but been around Mini's all my driving life.

My first Mini was a '81 mini City which I purchased from a friend; two weeks later I'd managed to crash it and write it off. Thus began my first rebuild and what become a life long love of Mini & MINI.

I currently drive a MINI R56 GP and a Mk2 Mini on the weekends.

I recently purchased a complete Metro Turbo engine...... I see trouble ahead *tongue*

Crashed a mini city, on drum brakes, surely not!

Just got myself a metty turbo engine too, go for the gt1752 turbo 😀

looking at that now :) Was trying to work out if Mirage Motorsport are still in business? If I could get an exhaust manifold for the GT17 and not been to mod my bulkhead the better :)

It was restored to std then drilled and cut for lightening, shell is really good, new front end, new skinned doors, floors etc
