In all fairness, who ever bought that as a 25+ year old car needs a serious reality check. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

It is obviously fraudulous so i can understand it at some level . Pretty daft that you can drive a 1978 3mpg oil leaking pickup truck without brakes , threadbare tires and gun rack filled with assault rifles though.
That sir, is not rust, it is the progressive mass reduction system

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

Here we have an article that says in it that the vin number has been changed so that makes the car elegal. If they would find a mini gere with a vin number changed the same would be done with it. How sad it even is. ( although there are many exeptions on it that might save the car here) you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

The problem is you know two cars have been broken. The identity of the car as it entered is a genuine car, just not the car it is representing. The real problem is what is the true identity of the car, was it stolen. Selli g stolen property even by the authorities, even for a charitable cause is taking advantage of the person who is the true owner of that propperty, usually an insurance company at this stage. The fact that the true identity cannot be found leaves only one true resolution and that happens to be destruction as harsh as that is. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
