where's best to buy exhaust bends ect for making manifolds up? ebay ? also is the a preferred suitable size ie 2mm thick wall? Done now needs redoing lol |

I used allstainless for my turbo one a while back, they were decent |

I'm working on the same thing, looking at using Stainless fittings from BSS. 'Sch40' is the type I'm considering, there about 3mm thick, should take a lot of heat and pressure punishment. I'm planing on using 1 1/4". |

Ive used the schedule 40 stuff and its pretty bomb proof, bit heavy though, although lighter than a cast one!

cheers joe its not really for my mini its for a zetec turbo im building. im wanting to make a manifold so I can run external wastegate and a more tubular manifold. iv been looking at the madrel bends but will now look into the other bits Done now needs redoing lol |
