First major problem we've now encountered, it randomly cuts out at idle as if someone has turned the ignition off and it missed but came back to life a couple times whilst driving over 40ish miles. It's never done this before, but I have just filled up the tank, so maybe it's dodgy fuel? It's on mj v3 and a 998 turbo, never had a problem with it before now, i really hope it's dodgy fuel, anyone experienced this before? On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:
ring problems are down to wear or abuse but although annoying it isn't a show stopper On 5th Aug, 2014 madmk1 said:

Check the crank sensor position and clearance to make sure it's correct? |

Used half a tank and refilled with vpower, problem disappeared, I'm glad it was just a batch of shit fuel as i suspected! On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

Well, it kept happening, and in the end it turned out to be a loose/corroded coil power connection behind the grille as the weather had got to it. Steve was bang on the money, it must have been purely coincidental that it happened shortly after filling up! On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:
