I need to get an exhaust flange cut for my gt2056

who have people used before for this, and is anyone interested in one if I get few done to reduce the cost?

Any laser cutter will be able to do it, Google one close to you, but you'll have to provide them an accurate dimensioned drawing or sketch. Usually if you can draw it in CAD of some description and send them the file they can import into their software.
